The location was great as it was near my business meetings and it was easy to navigate. The staff were very friendly and courteous which made me feel welcome. , the bed was very comfy and I slept well.
The bathroom had a broken faucet and the water was leaking which was a big inconvenience. There was also a weird smell in the hallway that made me feel uncomfortable.

The ambiance was great and neatness was well-maintained. the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was convenient with easy access to public transportation. My room was comfortable and had all necessary facilities. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, it was delicious! the view from the room was breathtaking!
I did notice some minor maintenance issues, such as a leaky tap and a broken stool in the bathroom.

The hotel had a beautiful ambiance with a neat and spotless interior. the staff was courteous, always ready to help. the location was convenient, with a key attraction just a short walk away. What we appreciated the most was the amazing view from the balcony, perfect for our romantic escape.
We encountered some leaky taps and encountered a broken stool in the bathroom.
